Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of any data you add to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to deliver the Service.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Search engine ranking data is inherently imperfect and may vary from what you observe directly.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Track Keyword will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
